Description.

This is a 1960 LHD Drophead coupe sold new in USA with a Borg Wagner automatic transmission. The car was imported to Spain
In 1999 and was full restored for a Jaguar specialist in the North of Spain. The car was then purchased by the former owner who changes the color for the actual Navy Blue (Not so dark like Midnight blue and no so light than the pictures shows) and fitted a 5 speed G-trac transmission. The car was all this last years (25) very well maintened in a classic car collection in Barcelona. The car was in a regular use base and it was serviced by us several times.
The car is in very good condition the body , panel alligment and chassis without rust or any crash.The paint job is still shining without defects. The Chromes and molding are in good condition and there is no reproduction parts, for this reason some details like rear plate light and the cat have some original patina .
The engine power and oil compression are OK. Temperature always fine and helped with an electrofan for the spanish summer traffic jams. Smooth clutch and easy gears changes in the 5 -speed tranmission. Thanks to the good torque of the 3.4 XK engine you can cruise in the highway at 120km/h at 3.800rpm in 5 speed.
The car is equiped with a full wood fascia dashboard and original pattern black leather seat with safety headrest installed. Hood and boot cover are in black canvas in average condition.
