Car sold to Willard Quinn of Spokane, WA in 1987. Condition of car at time of sale: Body work done and in primer. All chrome redone but not on car. Engine and transmission had been rebuilt in 1975 with about 2500 miles on rebuilt units at time of sale. No work started on interior at time of sale. Car purchased from Doug Deasy in Sacramento, CA in 1974, who in turn purchased car from Milton Leon Baldwin, date and location unknown, possibly Sacramento.

This Jaguar XK150 DHC 3.4-litre was fully restored at a cost just shy of £80k in the 90’s, owned and cared for by Lord Harris (Harris Carpets) who gave it to his son, who then promptly sold it to the current owner and prolific Jaguar collector, who has owned the car for the last 24 years.
In the large and personalised history file there are bills and receipts from many well respected marque specialists, showing that since its restoration and even with low miles it has been cared for impeccably. This is the exceptionally rare automatic model with only 440 versions of the XK150 DHC made in 3.4-litre form. This car has been wonderfully maintained its entire life, most importantly the original build spec and vehicle information sheet is in the file.
