At auction in the Retromobile Show in Paris, France on Feb. 9, 2008 by Bonhams which description reads:
An ex-California, USA car, ‘S83550’ was restored in Holland between 2001 and 2002, its engine having been rebuilt in that country in 1998, and is only offered for sale because of its owner’s need to reduce the size of his substantial private collection.
The car comes with Netherlands registration papers and a photographic record of its restoration.
