The "Work In Progress" tag is a bit optimistic at this point. I had been working on too many projects at the same time, and making no progress on any of them. So, the 140 was put in a corner and covered for a time. Then, some personal issues arose which dictated further delay. As it stands now, it looks like once I get a couple other cars buttoned up, I may get back to this one - hopefully later this summer.
