I am the present owner. This car is one of only 5 140 FHCs imported new into New Zealand. It is a SE with all the options and imported for racing, the first owner competing at all the major meetings during the 56/57 season, sold it late 57 upon importing the Tojiero Jaguar 7GNO. Also raced extensively by subsequent owners, I have many pics of it racing. I will try and post a couple. It has never been restored and is in good useable condition.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
