Believed to be the only XK 140 ever to have been exported to Jamaica. It raced in period taking part in the Caymanas park hillclimb of 1959 and the Jamaica Grand Prix of 1960.
Bought as a wreck in Jamaica by the current owner in 1988 and returned to the UK, the restoration only began in 2006 and was completed in 2010. Now racing again, the car is used extensively in hillclimbs, sprints and circuit races, most recently competing in the Circuit des Remparts d'Angouleme historic street race finishing 11th out of 24 in the Larousse GT race.

This car was the subject of a letter to the Jaguar Driver magazine February 1990 from the owner, D. S. Cluenhill, Florida U.S.A.
He stated "..The car as found was virtually scrap...it was fitted with a C type engine and was light blue...." There is a colour photo of the car under restoration.
