The Jaguar XK 140 FHC chassis n° 814580 was built in 1955. It is one of the 2800 FHC produced, 733 for the English market and 2067 for the rest of the world. Recently bought in Italy, where it spent most of its life, the new
owner done a great mechanical overhaul together with a car review. It's equipped with chromed wire wheels by Borrani, Connolly leather interior, radio and an original Jaguar car-cover.

Always stored in private garage, never repainted, preserved. Well running.
ESTIMATE 77.000 - 92.000 EURO

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
