Car offered for sale in New Zealand for $80,000 NZD with the following info.

This vehicle had 1 owner in the UK for 5 years before being imported into NZ. We've owned it for 20 years and it has traveled 90053 miles (note: NOT km,s like it states above). We have a full list of owners available with dates, mileage etc including the UK owner.. The body colour was changed from Sherwood Green to Old English White.Believe this was done almost as soon as it arrived in NZ.The tan upholstery is all original, as is the head lining. Carpets were replaced some time ago. The paintwork is in very good condition but not concours. The valve radio still works but the clock does not.
The gearbox is manual with electric overdrive.
It has Triple SU carbs (as this is the high spec 'S' model)
It is currently on 15 inch chrome wires (tyres in very good condition), also comes with it's original 16 inch painted wire wheels and tyres. It has retractable seat belts fitted but still have the originals as well.
The 2 spot lights behind the grille were fitted by the original UK owner.
The only other modifications are the fitting of a manual choke switch and higher powered (period) headlights, both of which were done by Beacham Independant Jaguar at the time of fitting a new wiring loom (approx 4 years ago)

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
