Auction description:
Fine Motor Cars
Wednesday 20th April 2005
Lot 142 1956 Jaguar XK140 Drophead Coupe SE
Registration no: XKO 936
Chassis no: S807425

Lot 142
This particular SK 140 finished in Cream with Suede Green interior and black leatherette seats, is a desireable Special Equipment model, featuring front fog lights and a horsepower increase from 190 to 205. The car is beautifully original and described by the vendor as being in good condition. XKO 396 has been with the current vendor since the late 70s and has been used regularly but not extensively; only 4200 miles covered in the last 14 years. With the car comes a Heritage Trust Certificate, past MOTs dating back to the last 13 years and a desirable FIVA identity card. Offered with a current MOT and appropriate registration number, XKO 396 is ready to be enjoyed in the coming summer months.
